Wish List Beauty

A few beauty related products that are on my wish list!

Every month I spend lots of time looking at various reviews and YouTube videos on tonnes of different make up and beauty related products. This month I thought I should talk about some of my β€˜Wish List’ products that I have been debating about purchasing.

We have all been there… spending weeks on end trying to convince yourself that the price tag attached to the make-up your dreaming about is justified. If any of you own the products I am going to chat about then please let me know your thoughts and reviews!

The first product i have been pining after for a long time is the Clique ‘Take off the Day’ clay. This product is all over social and i feel like i need to join the craze. Most of the time i see the results on snapchat from other bloggers i follow, they rave about it and i can see why! Until now i have resisted and found alternatives but i do feel like i might be missing out. Has anyone used this product? I would love to know if you think it is a worthwhile investment? I’ve heard it’s especially good for heavier / evening make up.

Next on the list is the Jouer Skinnydip Highligher and Lip Topper. I know this is two products but i have completely fallen in love with the whole ‘Skinnydip’ range. The colours are beautiful and from what I’ve seen the highlighter is blinding. I can get both from beautybay and delivered next day, so it is very tempting! Everyone I follow on Instagram loves jouer so I think it might be worth getting hold of some of this line to have a try.

I am a sucker for skincare products. One thing I have had on my wish list for awhile is the Liz Earle – Superskin face serum. Some time last year I remember not being able to get away from Liz Earle and hearing how amazing the products were. The craze doesn’t seem to have died down either, which makes me think the reviews on how amazing it is must have some truth. A friend of mine uses the conditioner and it is a lovely product. But I am really interested to see what the results would be from using some of their skincare products. The brand is more expensive than other skincare brands I usually use but I am very intrigued and have been checking out this serum multiple times when I see it online. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and give it a try.

MAC has to be in everyone’s make-up wish list right! I absolutely love their lipsticks and am always on the hunt for new products. One thing that does keep catching my eye is their ‘Glitter Pigments’. They are all so pretty and the colours look gorgeous. I’ve heard fantastic things about these pigments and I know lots of make-up artists that swear by them! I’ve no idea what has stopped me jumping in and buying a couple, but they are definitely one I want to get my hands on.

My final wish list products for this blog is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette. I feel like I just can’t get away from this palette! The colours look so versatile and pigmented I imagine you can make loads of looks through it. As eyeshadow palettes go it is slightly pricer than others I own so I really want to have a play before I commit to buying it. If it’s a must have then please let me know!

That’s all for this time!

Thanks for taking a read I really appreciate it. Please let me know if their is anything else you think I should give a go because I much prefer buying products from a recommendation!

Thanks again! πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—

  1. I’ve had the Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette for a good few weeks and I’ve only just started using it. For me the colours are much more autumnal so I didn’t get much use out of it until now. If ever there’s a time for you to pick it up I’d say do it now for the winter months!! ❀️
